A hybrid work arrangement is one where employees can work both from home and in the office. You’ll need to be able to communicate effectively with your team, whether that’s through video conferencing, chat tools, or good old-fashioned phone calls. Your team will also need to be comfortable working independently, as there will likely be times when they’re working from home and won’t have anybody else around to help them out. Finally, you’ll need to make sure everyone is able to stay organised and on top of their work, as it can be easy to let things fall through the cracks when everyone’s not in the office every day.
